These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "you") and 456bb (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing access to and use of the 456bb website located at https://456bb.io and all associated services, products, features and content made available thereon.

By registering an account on 456bb, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the 456bb service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and, if applicable, close your 456bb account.

• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, directors, agents and immediate family members of 456bb and its technology, payment or software partners are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

456bb reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

To access betting markets, casino games and other features of 456bb, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during and after registration. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and forfeit of any account balance.

• Login credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 456bb username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify 456bb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 456bb will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account security: 456bb recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 456bb reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform from time to time.

456bb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention and responsible gaming. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed, and may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes or at the platform's discretion.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your 456bb account in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Deposit fees: 456bb does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile banking operator or bank) may apply transaction charges that are outside 456bb's control.
• Currency: All 456bb accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion or exchange rate margin is applied by the platform.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit is declined, the funds will be returned to the originating payment account within the time frame dictated by your payment provider. 456bb is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
• Third-party funding: Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third-party source, is strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

456bb reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit that exceeds platform thresholds or appears inconsistent with your typical account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the freezing of your account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account withdrawal section of the 456bb platform, provided that your account has completed KYC verification and your balance includes cleared real-money funds in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
